CITRA MEDIA Internet DEDICATED SERVICES


A. SERVICE DESCRIPTION

CITRA MEDIA Internet Dedicated Service will connect your LAN Network or Computers to Global Internet for 24 hours a day. The Internet connection between your entity to office is transmitted by 2,4 GHz Radio Link Connection then it is sent out to Global Internet using Hybrid Fiber Optic and Satellite Connection.

C. EQUIPMENTS REQUIREMENT

CITRAMEDIA Internet Service is an asymmetric high speed data transfer between CITRA MEDIA and Customer Network utilizing the defined bandwidth within a range from 128 kbps up to 2 Mbps.

Equipments needed by customer :
• LAN Network or Computers
• Pipe Tower / Antena Pole

We recommend you to build a proxy server within your LAN Network if your Internet activity mostly for browsing, or you may use our proxy server to accelerate your browsing response time.

High Antenna Pole / Tower is necessary if your location does not in Line Of Sight from our antenna. However, We will conduct a survey prior to the equipment installation in order to assist you to locate the antenna.
